I've been working on a lot of pieces with very detailed backgrounds lately but I am enjoying it! //even though they take time, and especially if they get corrupted and you lose your progress and have to redraw things _(:3_)TL Thank goodness this piece managed to avoid this haha I finished it literally one hour before my hard drive started acting up again yesterday _(:3_)TL

Hyeol is the crown prince of the royal family, in a fictional Joseon era of Korea /0/ In reality he is a dragon, and he is forced to hide that fact or his people will kill him and dethrone his family QQ
Due to that, he harbors a deep hatred towards his people and despises humans for forcing him to hide his natural form >0<
Hannibaru requested for him to be drawn infront of the Phoenix Throne at Gyeongbokgung Palace in Korea *-* Such an impressive throne room indeed!! I tried my best to recreate it, but I must say I had to simplify and leave out some of the details and decorations _(:'3_)TL
Trying out various concepts/perspectives, we went with this one in the end! //it was my favorite one too because what's better than the crown prince looking down on you angrily from a higher place Y7Y I thought this perspective better conveyd his mood so yeah!
