Misty and Ash belong to the pokemon people I'd assume pokemon USA and nintendo

uhm I don't really know SAI, but all that it's needed is that you can set the opacity of your brush tool (or whatever it's the name XD) is there an option like this?

okay, so you just put your base color but with low opacity and then you go over it changing the opacity lower or higher ^^
