Shots of the town taken on Tues, June 10th, showing the water climbing... The next day we had torrential rain and downtown was submerged...A underpass tunnel below the 3rd Ave Bridge, where I've taken photos in the past, including promo photos for the band Veritas.
Current Status: 100% submerged, with insulation from the pipes above tearing off and flowing downstream...
