Happy April Fools' Day! Though this has nothing to do with that, haha. Always wanted to draw Sans doing some pranks, but huh, never got around to brainstorming ideas for that.

Undertale already has too many of these, so why not Elsword? But let's see if I can seriously see this through to the end xD
