Hello Sally, I haven't read your comic for a while, that's why I started to read all over it.
Your comic is really good. It is really thrilling and I just want to know more about this characters. Why is there so much aggression in some of their souls? What is about this shining, blue electricity thing going on with mama wolf and Meya? There are a lot of questions in my head, which you hopefully will answer in process of the story.
I really appreciate the way you draw the expression, this is kind of unique and I never saw it anywhere like you do it, so keep up with that.
Sometimes this happen to fast in this story, could be about me, but its hard for me to understand for example, which name belongs to whom. I needed to check the references, which is not bad, but could be better. Maybe you need to take yourself more time, and rather draw more pages and more speech bubbles to clear those answers.
I hope that I could help you with that.

Now, I know that I've made myself a bad name on here before, and this will probably be my second to last critique. My very last one probably won't come until most of the story is clearly fleshed out, but for now, I'd like to offer an analysis of this comic in both it's art and writing, as there's plenty I feel is worth pointing out. This is merely my opinion, and I only hope to share a perspective on this comic.
Art wise it's pretty decent. Especially coloring and shading, but in terms of anatomy the face shape is never the same. They constantly warp and the faces can look a bit freakish or uncanny.
I'm glad that here there's no re-used panels, or panels with slight changes. The panel number although is still a bit low, but we still get an eyeful of new nice art.
As for the writing thus far, it's come off as rather clunky to me.
Especially in terms of Maya. From what I've gathered from her personality, she's a survivor, skeptical, and brave, but having her follow this random wolf she just met and take his word despite not knowing him makes her seem quite careless and gullible. Gullibility especially was never shown to be a part of her character, and it essentially goes against her cautious survivor-like nature.
Another strange thing about this comic is how the characters are introduced awkwardly before being phased out a few pages later. The wolf and crow characters where introduced and then they just- left, the pack that just attacked the white wolf just kinda leaves. Juggling multiple characters without following up on any of them takes away from the focus of the story. Even saving them for later doesn't help because exiting and introducing characters at will without developing them and following them up on their arcs/subplots scatters the story and comes off as very unfocused, sloppy writing.
Say that they do come back later though, it still doesn't help that everything in-between their arcs are disconnected, and don't seem to come together or add up, and as such serve mostly as filler to pad the length of the plot.
In terms of story, the plot that was once going seems to have been ignored. The blue blood has hardly been touched upon, and I truly believe that exploring its origins would be way more intriguing than having the characters meander as we see them now. Saving that for later and filling the story with filler is not a good idea ;/.
To sum it up, this story is in need of structure, some kind of flow. It's scattered, all over the place and is lacking the progression and buildup of a traditional narrative, which is a weakness in my opinion. However, I feel that by learning how to build a plot, and keep it focused and consistent will bolster the storytelling strength of this comic vastly. Writing is complicated, and oftentimes hard to get right, and I don't expect any story to be perfect. For this one, the foundation for something great is there, it just isn't being executed in the focused manner that would most help it.But I respect the fact that you're open to critique as too many artists are all for getting praised but too little for recognizing the flaws in their work. Again, this is just my own, biased, subjective opinion, not meant to get anyone angry.

I don't think this comic is dead, the artist was probaly just going through some stuff and didn't feel like continuing this comic without waiting first to start enjoying making it again. Kind of when I write, it sometimes goes months until I publish another chapter (I write on Wattpad at the moment) because life sometimes throws unwanted pressure on us and you simply don't feel like doing a specific thing anymore that you used to enjoy. And the thing anout the Warriors videos on her Youtube channel, just because she uploads there doesn't mean she isn't busy or isn't feeling unwell. It's kind of like when I draw a lot on paper but has no motivation to draw digital art for a long time. If she has motivation to animate, that's great! So let her do what she wants. Be patient people, it is often worth it in the end.

"I'm not saying you shouldn't like what you like but when that's all you ever care about, it becomes boring and repetitive."
as if an artist is obligated to make things that you specifically enjoy. get outta here

I agree that she should tell you what she's doing RE the comic. Frankly though, if she enjoys Warrior Cats she's gonna keep drawing it, and if you don't like that then you should just unfollow instead of complaining and go find an artist who does stuff you do like.

she should have the respect to tell us that she won't continue the comic b/c she has no interest or w/e. Not leave it still saying she'll continue it soon but never does when 2 years or more goes by. That's being rude do your audience. That's one thing I don't understand about these artists they never say anything about their comics/projects that they're working for their audience and leave them hanging for years and expect them to give them more views on their other projects that they never say anything about. Like if they're working on something in another media like youtube for example, they never give the link to the audience (that got them famous in the first place) and leave them hanging and then wonder why they weren't successful. Jeez I wonder why.

seriously, it's her characters, her comic, she can do what she pleases. in fact, she actually said that she still plans on continuing the comic. be patient, i want to know more as well but we can't change that so better to be respectful of her and her life than saying things like this. keep it to yourself, it won't change anything except making the artist upset.

Yea same to you keep it to yourself. Nothing wrong of giving ppl criticism and opinions but you....you just want to complain to other ppl that want to say their opinion. I'm talking about business, you don't get a life in business if you want to start one, its nothing but hard work. But from what I've been hearing about others in comments it sounds like she just gave up and didn't bother to tell us. Its like someone lying to you but you blindly believe it but later on you found out that they lied to you the whole entire time and never say sorry.

still it is her life and it's none of your business. she has a life outside of the internet and can do whatever she wants with her comic and life.

of course not but it’s her choice on what she decides to do with it. i never said anything about knowing anything about her life. she said she had health choices and needed a break so respect that.

since when did she said that? Not in the comments that's for sure. Either way she could of at least say she's not going to work on it (seems reasonable so we're not waiting for nothing). But then again you don't understand about being reasonable either so I'm just talking to myself at this point
