I speak Russian as well, and you'll come to find that the anglicization of the Cyrillic spellings have many accurate translations. Though нет, to a Russian speaker, is written as such, when trying to convey the actual sound it makes when spoken together with the proper spelling, the "y" is added in there so it is pronounced the way it is in Russian.

As a medic, I actually do that, since I do have to keep the team alive. That and most of the time I'm the only medic, so it's almost impossible for me to pocket anyone! ;3;
