I drew it for a contest with task of making alternative version of Disney character! Off course I chose Scrooge, 'cause he is most easily changing character from Duck universe for me x)Here is "Negaverse" Scrooge, who is a poor old waster, who can't understand why money are so important!
He prefer to spend it or distribute money all people around him. x)

Heh, it's funny how he's so very carefree. My favourite detail of this picture (which is very nice all around) is the bags or socks or whatever they may be on his feet... a lot of people would probably just leave him barefoot, and I think it's a nice touch to have him wearing something, but it's very much a counterpoint to the spats he usually wears.
