Description The pendulum plant is a parasitic plant from Genep with a complex life cycle. As adults, they grow on large, fruiting plants, making themselves look like a fruit. The bright orange body is filled with spores. Nothing that eats it will be able to tell that it is not a real fruit. The spores grow into a parasite in the organism, digesting any organs that are not very important. Once it grows enough, it will digest any other organs and make millions of tiny, umbrella shaped groups of cells to spread it. The groups of cells attach themselves to plants, growing into a fake fruit. They are very well camouflaged to make themselves look like a fruit, only sticking out a lot more. Also, they have a flattened tail to hold onto the plant, as it has to crawl out of the plant.
