The first effect is supposed to mirror the fact that the homunculi can't die easily and you'll only be able to stop them for awhile (I might make a Homunculi Death Seal Spell card later). The second effect is supposed to mirror his whole copy/morphing ability. He's also the most powerful of all the Homunculi so I gave him a high attack and defense.
