why not? yes it is a stencil, i already cut it out (a better version not this hand drawn one) on a large peice of mat board. this is just the mock up for it, i will post pics if i do tag a wall with it

there's abunch of enclosed white spaces, you wouldn't be able to cut out the words and the word bubble without making significant alterations, that's all
