Description This image is the other image a friend found a few years ago on the internet, and recently she passed this one and [link] on to me so I could play around with it.

This is an image which displays the arrival of the Spanish with their ships, particularly Cortez, and the foreshadowing of the consequences of the conquest.

This is no regular warrior. He is the Last of the aztec kings. Such insult could get you killed on the streets by "LA EME" or "NUESTRA FAMILIA"....The Mafia gangs don't play. His name is King Cuauhtemoc"

"KING FALLING EAGLE"

Remember this well in the streets......

si yo se, lo hice como una forma de simbolisar la presencia española en la cultura moderna (aunque ellos tambien tienen ojos cafes pero como forma simbolica de la mescla de culturas)

... y asi resaltaban mas que si los hacia en cafe. jeje.

in english:
its to symbolise the mixing of the two distinct cultures n the result of the interaction (mainly in the form of Mestizo descendants), rather than a genetically acurate feature.
plus that way they stand out more
