The way you've drawn this picture is very nicely done. It's quite accurate compared to the original which is very good as well as important. Although I do have to point out that Kylie's head in this picture is at a slightly different angle here compared to that of the original picture, therefore it effects everything else in the picture.
In the original the head is turned a little more back and is facing up, while here the head is a little more forward and slightly downwards. So If I were you, I'd try and practice with the angles of the head if you're going to draw a similar picture based on a photo so it actually is at the same angle in the picture you drew as it is to the original photo.
I've also noticed the nose isn't aligned with the cheek due to the nostril on the right. But I can tell you did try to make it look like it does in the picture, otherwise the nose would have been fine. However I must say, from personal experience, drawing a nose isn't easy, especially when you have to draw it at different angles.
I congratulate you on drawing the hands very nicely, those are especially hard to draw, so well done there. That goes for the hair as well. Not to mention you did a good job on the shading. Congratulations.

i start to draw this pic just because i like that photo... about those mistakes uve written i know and next time it would be better i hope. cause this was my very first portrait which i could show here 
the angle of head... i realize that too late to change it 
hands are nicely drawn? u really think this? 
and shading - my art teacher said that shading is in my blood
