Hiya! I don't really have settings per say.. I just take the base color and grab 2 tones that are darker. One for "natural/normal" shadow and then one tone darker than the first for (I'll call them) "deep" shadows. Three tones tends to be sufficient for creating minimal depth/lighting for quick renders. I suppose the closest "setting" in photoshop for a similar look would be the multiply filter on your layers. But I tend to adjust the color of the 2 shading tones to a warmer or cooler value so I don't use multiply often.
It's similar to using black, white and hues of gray to create tone values. I've just never been able to successfully work that way so this works out better for me. Hope this helps!
