Creation Process of my work 'The Guardians.'The coloring technique I used for this one is a bit different but my process is still the same. I'm more into characters with this one so I worked with the background a bit late during the process. It's the background that I try to fit with the characters and not the othe way around. I only do the background first if it's gonna be cinematic.
Made with:
-Photoshop CS6
-Wacom Intuos (medium)

-sketch 1 (composition)
-sketch 2 (anatomy)
-tighten sketch
-ink
-flats (midtone)
-color hold (line colors- flats)
-test render (establish lighting)
-shadows
-highlights
-rim light (additional light)
-finishing touches
**background (do it when you see fit)

I think I need to save it, unglue them in a gif-redactor and study every picture separately.

Honestly, I feel like I'm doing it wrong most of the time but I believe in myself anyway that I can do it if I'd just put more effort into it and I myself am surprised with the results. Personally, I like to see it from scratch to finished which is why it's a bit fast. Feel free to break it down and study it, I'm glad to be of help.

I submitted it to some groups I've joined. It's the finished artwork that I added but I have a link there to the process so I believe that solves my problem.
