This is a piece that was drawn for the Swan Princess contest going on now. I’ve been so busy and I wasn’t going to enter anything, but I had this image in my head and it just begged to be drawn.

This is my little fantasy family: Derek, Odette, and their young children, Princess Geneviève and Prince Tristan. I’m not entirely happy with the way it turned out; I feel like Geneviève is a bit excluded from the happy family moment, but I liked the idea of her tugging on Derek in order to be lifted up to see Baby Tristan.

This was a really nice project because it reminded me how much I love these movies when I was a tiny child, and how much I still love them!
