"I am ready. Come on, I'm ready. I've been patient and steadfast and steady."
The Chariot is a tricky card to interpret. We don't really have chariots anymore and so we equate them to other modern forms of private transportation like cars or bikes. To put it simply, The Chariot means to take control of what's taking you to where you want to be. I don't have a chariot but I do have legs and so I took the meaning and reimagined it with what I had.
This Chariot is represented by a runner, possibly Hermes. His face is focused on where he is trying to get to, his pose in mid-action. His shirt is white representing the soul, while his shorts are red representing the body. Both pairs of limbs are in coordination with the runner's action and so these two work together. Without the soul, the body cannot move, and without the body, the soul can't go anywhere. In this case the soul is the charioteer and the body is the chariot. The gold he wears symbolize the goals of his actions, meaning he isn't moving blindly. Around his ankles are wings reminiscent of Hermes's sandals.
He's running on water, an impossible feat, but with willpower and focus, he can do anything to achieve his goal. Behind him is the moon, the ruling planet of Cancer, which means his intuition is guiding his direction.
