Another zelda D&D post! This time it is of our beloved Shadow Sage Impa!
I've been running a dungeons and dragons campaign set in Hyrule for about 3 years now, and I've periodically been sharing art I've made of NPCs, PCs, scenes, etc. online with you kind folks.
Lore Nonsense
The former handmaiden and mentor of Queen Zelda, Impa is famous throughout most of Hyrule. Roughly fifty years ago, however, Impa disappeared from the public eye and went into hiding. Only after Zelda's death did the party realize that her disappearance was a preemptive move to escape the clutches of the sorcerer Vydem, who had been prophesied to take over the kingdom of Hyrule. She is the Sage of Shadow, and is perhaps the most powerful of the six that have been discovered so far.
For her design, I primarily took inspiration from the Impas of Breath of the Wild and A Link Between Worlds. I played around with her anatomy a bit, but ultimately I am happy with the result.
