This being 20 years later than USS Enterprise E, (say, maybe USS Aventine era?), have you considered doing a version with ablative armour? If not, would you mind if someone else did it? I have yet to post, as I just enjoy looking at all the fantastic work out here, but I might try with this ship. It has become one of my favorite designs in the ST universe!

It looks like a mixed breed between, the delta Flyer, a Wraith Darth, and a Jedi Fighter.

You can throw a little BSG Viper in there as well.

Firstly, * descendent

Secondly, this resembles the Battlestar Galactica Viper (as previously posted, but that was a rip-off of the Inchon X-Wing), the Stargate: Atlantis Dart (probably borrowed from BSG), and one other ship I have seen: the UFO, at high-speed, from the 1980s movie Flight of the Navigator.

Additionally, I say ignore the "make it shorter" argument. It is small enough for what the ship is meant to do with necessary crew, and this way it is more aerodynamic, should it be needed in atmosphere.

Wow that is just Incredible! It's awsomeness!
And I'm little tall for the ships lower area. XD

Hehe, finally getting around to commenting on the finished product. Took me a while

Knew from the moment i saw the work in progress scrap that it was going to be a great one, when StarDragon was talking to me about it on MSN, i can clearly see how you took what he was thinking and put it to paper, so to say.

I love it

The living quarters section must be extra dimensional as it would appear from the plans to have 2 m sq floor area on 4 bunks

This is a future craft, maybe 20 years after Nemesis. I just figured they would have been able to cut the physical size down and still get the power.

We'll call it a derivative of the type XI proper. A miniatureized version

Very nice design. Battlestar Galactica Viper meets Delta Flyer. It also kind of reminds me of the Relativity. Nice work. Although, a personal opinion here, I'd prefer a little shorter design, but then the space is well used and packed full of equipment!

Thank you for the compliments though

That's OK then. At least I don't have to feel over picky!

Maybe a deck plan, as in from the top? This is a great looking design, and the lineage is very clear!

Do you take requests?

I was just concerned where people were going o occupy. StarDragon said he wanted 2 regular crew with the ability to carry 8 so i just wanted to make sure there was space.

And I may, depending on what it is Drop me a note.
