Well I think there were a few before but none that could fit my OCs so I edited a few base models to fit my OCs

Transformers have flwxable metals on their mid sections andface this is how their mouths move.

They can be... and I use logical ideas on how and why. (meaning its possible, and also affective at whatever their doing). They even did it in the recent movie Big Hero 6

Its nice when the characters come to life heh heh
Tho still some hitches since the MMD program use to only have THIN dance models (only a rare few plus size models and bearly seen, I was able to make plus size bases so others can have soft dance models to now), the movement loadout acts odd and for a larger frame character causes arms and hands to accedently go through the body.
Thats why I am making my own movement layouts next time. Still its nice to see the models working well heh heh, just need practice when it comes to making my own movements.

I hear ya. Always nice to have representation in these types of things. I always feel so meh whenever I have to choose a character and all the chicks look the furthest from me as possible (so I pick a hot dude instead).
I totally understand the glee one gets when translating ocs into 3d creations. It's a major reason why I create more then play the sims 3 haha.
Seriously though, keep up the awesome rendering work :3.

Until I can figure out how to add elbows I can't o-o , I would have but idk how to add skin yet. The elbows are skinless unless I want floating arms its no good.
