Colored sketch of the redesigned Minty Marrows =]I did this a few weeks back, and now I don't really like the design anymore - I must return to this and do a very different and finished painting of Minty Marrows in the future

Ah yes the hole is gone!
I want to start a little book styled blog and hopefully be able to publish it into a book when its done, and I want to include Minty Marrows in it so I've done these sketches to try and figure out how he'll look in that as well as for fun =]
Oh and yeah that's totally right the hole is gone! This is after the events in the animation

I don't know what it is, maybe the lighting or the concept of the character, the pose, or all three, but even in it's thumbnail I was very drawn to it. I hope you don't take this down, whenever you do decide to do another painting, because I rather lover itβ₯
