Rewarding myself for my recent efforts - Sailor Moon again = the best cure. C:Wanted to sketch and draw and freak out without paying attention to ink, erasing or anything else. Just relaxed people breaking into laughter
Ou yeah!
What I learned during making: Once again made sure and discovered a new a little, the different acting of pencils and watercolor under different following. Stencil, color pencil, watercolor; watercolor, color pencil; stencil, color pencil, watercolor, color pencil;... many combinations! Using limited color pallet from time to time is refreshing. And combining cold linework on warm space and warm linework on cold space - refreshing, vivid and compliments the composition.

This is just one of those pictures that has the power to make someone smile. I love this! You can just feel the cheerfulness between them with those big grins. Plus I like the warmth of the colors and the lines, it all brings out that happy feel of the piece. There is just something so natural about this with Seiya and Usagi! As always you have done a wonderful job! Oddly, Stars has really become my favorite Sailor Moon season due to this.

I like how it kinda change the dynamics of the characters. It is not the same old Usagi and Mamoru romance and Tuxedo Mask is not always saving her, she has to do something on her own. Plus the story in all is very good.

I never payed much attention to this before, but you draw Sailor Moon in a very interesting mix of anime and realism. Not many artists can blend them so naturally.

I used to freak out a lot about it, since its "sailor moon" and I love it and all - when it didnt look like the animeish one I didnt like it. Srsly. But I got also angry from the frustration, "why cant I draw her as I want?" and than I said to myself "whatever I just draw her" and..it works
