well it's mainly layers. The dust is the normal brush with zero hardness and 5% Opacity.
Thelighting on Goku tho is rather horrible tho. My colouring style is having a personality crisis!!!

I actually did go to 
but yeah I know how that is too you just got to get it done while in the flow..you know if you try to comeback something wont be there with you so you go like a navi* to get it done...
(navi (probably misspelt) it means extremely hard worker basically
in the 1800's they build like the rail system in UK amongst other things I think according to Time Team..love that show
