This is part 3 of a series of illustrations I have done for my graduation exposition in july! : ) I was given the tip to make something big, as a illustrator from the examination committee was interested how my style would look like when I made something big. And thus, I did. These 4 illustrations form a big story told when placed next to eachother, and each of the plates is around 55 x 75 cm. I think this must be one of the biggest formats I worked on so far, haha atleast with my current style. It was a great amount of work, but I also really liked making these illustrations. I would sure like to make more big works like these. This is a photograph of the real thing, and it is not perfect, but it is too big to scan in a decent way. I hope I can manage to take real good photo's someday, but this is what I'll have to work with for now.

This series tells the tale of red riding hood, a part of it, as it has always been one of my favourite fairy tales, and I love that there have been made so many versions of it. My version is a little bit more dark, haha because I enjoy dark twists to stories and I like finding out what they are.

Let's say that little red riding hood is not the sweet girl she used to be here, and perhaps she became the hunted one now instead...
