You did very well with this photo the detail is great the colors are good as well as the light levels. Even though it looks like it is I can tell tell you didn't completely center the fly which is a good thing that's the application of the rule of thirds as it's called. You gave the fly room around it you didn't crop it to short another very good thing. The only reason I scored you low on originality is because the close up photo of the fly, butterfly and bee are very common photo for photographers that shoot Macro. Try shooting a Macro shot of something most people would never think to you might just be surprised the cool stuff you you can find.

From first-hand experience I know how difficult it is to take macro photos of flies, even when they're slowed down from frost. Saying that, the clarity and color of this piece is stunning. The aperture was perfectly set to grab all of the fly's detail along with most of the leaf it sits on. There is a perfect combination of contrast, saturation, and brightness and that blood orange eye really stands out against the bright green of the leaf. Usually blurry leaves in the forefronts are distracting, but with the rounded edge following the clear leaf's contour, it fits in quite well. The essence of nature was captured skillfully and artistically in this photo!
