It is said to be born in winter. It plays around by leaving patterns of frost in places.
It sprays ice particles to reflect light in the opponent's eyes. Then it goes on smashing them with the ice.

It is light enough to tumble with wind. The ground becomes covered in ice after this Pokemon passes making it slippery.
