Awesome shot!
I really like the depth of field and how shallow it is overall. The bokeh produced adds some great depth to the background and fills it out a bit. It also separates the foreground from the background more so that the focus is further emphasised.
I feel that it's a bit overexposed... I can understand if you want to make it brighter and clearer, in a sense, but... I don't know. Perhaps there could be more contrast or something outlining things so that the details aren't whitened out, if that makes sense?
The positioning is awesome, though, and I like the way you've executed it overall. The composition is great and the expression is quite intriguing as well.

Thanks! I've played around with the curves, making it a tad less bright, but I haven't gotten around to uploading the improved version. It doesn't look overexposed to me, just lacking shadows. It could also be my monitor. :>
