Caracal caracal, Caracal, also known as desert lynx.
The Caracal is widely distributed across Africa, central Asia and southwest Asia into India.
A male caracal can weigh 8 to 20 kg (18 to 44 lb), females are smaller and weigh
about 7 to 16 kg (15 to 35 lb)

Serioussly dude, this is absolutely brilliant. So stunningly realistic and detailed yet still has that painted look. Ya know what I mean? If you look at the 'browse more like this' thing, all of the pics that are painted look like actual photos. But when you look up close you're all 'Woah! O.O wazzat?! He is absolutely looking through my living room window! By this comment I mean, you have outdone yourself in capturing this beautiful wild animal and portraying him for all to see in his grandeur. I love especially his eyes...the depth of them...and the piercing look he gives. Then, his ears look so soft and the tufts growing out of them amaze me. It looks as though he has brushed the hair on each ear one hundred times each...so we would admire his awesome handsomeness.
