Which lens do you use then? Because I need a new lens, all I have is a stadard Canon EF-S 18-55mm (which I never actually used) and a Canon EF 1.8 50mm lens (for my portrait photography) but I want something more polivalent and that delivers better quality images

For this shot I used the lens my camera came with, which is a EFS 18-55mm (canon)
my macro lens is a EFS 55-250mm (canon)

Oh, I can't seem to get the 18-55mm to work to my liking, it's weird! Oh ya, I was supposed to get that lens as well, but the guy at the store told me it was a better buy for me to get a 50mm considering that I only do portraits
