FINALLY I UPLOAD.i have watched FMA a LONG time ago but here is something i have not tried before so tips would be nice.. i have no idea that i drew him so dementedly.. SORRY ED~

I like the picture. It really captures the eye. A tip would be that his eyebrows should be about the same color as his hair, but just a darker shade. I think there should also be more dimension to his eyes, instead of just one color. Maybe adding those highlight circles like some characters have? His nose seems plain and a bit plastic, but I love his facial expression. His hair looks really good; I love the lighter and darker tones in it and it looks lifelike.
Sorry if my tips are picky xD It doesn't look demented, I love it. Keep at it

Perhaps, if you were to add pupils to the eyes, that would give them more depth? That's all I can see that needs much improvement here.
