Have Miss Fritter from the newest installation in the Disney-Pixar's Cars -franchise. I completely fell for this character, which should not be surprise to anyone who knows me; I love anthropomorphised automobiles, I love them a lot, and I love crazy big ladies, so..? Ohh daymn, this character even got me excited about Cars 3 good while before the movie was out, and that, my friends, is something. Because I'm somewhat childish, I love animation movies, but I've never before waited one with anticipation, at least as far as I can remember.
Now I did, mostly because this one god-damn-character. And did she even fulfill my wishes, did she even? Ohh, she did, she did, and not only that; I grew mad respect for her voice actor, Lea DeLaria, too. She's got some precious attitude and I find watching her interviews very strengthening. Awesome character and awesome person behind her, I can barely cope -- and I am thankful. It's always pleasure to find awesome characters, let alone some sort of role models (yes, Lea has become one for me).

Regarding this particular character, I also want to pay some respects to Pixar. Miss Fritter is not your everyday character from a movie targeted mainly to kids, she's bit more complex one and I feel like she doesn't completely fit into any generic alignment. She's not really good, nor bad, but can be both I guess. Oh, one moment Fritter can be menacing as damn and another just simply hilarious. I just love her, I love her design and I love her character, end of the story.

(Cars are pain in the ass to draw though.)

(I also bought a diecast figure of Miss Fritter. She's staring at me right now when I'm writing this.)
(I'm a bit scared.)
(Also she has little Lightning McQueen on top of her.)

I'm guessing she's supposed to be the reigning champion of that demolition derby? I mean, how else would she have such an ENORMOUS fanbase?

Sadly I don't do commissions, they cause me way too much stress. Art trade, however, could be done sometime in the future when I get rid of this art block and manage better at being alive. I'm soo glad you like my lines especially, I tend to think they look way too lifeless in my digital arts at least, because I use mouse and therefore I don't have access to pen pressure.

P.S: ooooo that's nice! Cars is one awesome franchise, it gets way too much hate just because the characters are cars. I don't understand, animation movies aren't exactly made to make sense in every possible aspect.

I understand COMPLETELY, I was just curious, to be honest, I wasn't sure on asking about art trades since I know some people tend to decline due to "art level" or something of that sort, I would enjoy doing an art trade at some point whenever you're comfortable and ready.... and of COURSE I love your line-work, your work is unique and I absolutely love the technique, specially with a mouse?! Well done!!

- Oh gosh I know, I could watch Cars over and over again - I just love seeing how someone portrays a culture like that, y'know?? :]

You know, I greatly dislike when people choose their trade partners according to their skill level. I kinda do understand why they do it, but it isn't something I personally would like to do; I really appreciate the art of beginners and those who still have lots of things to learn. Also those people tend to not get as much fan art of their characters as those who have more defined skills and more watchers and such do. And that is wrong, for the greatness of one's character isn't dependent of their art level.
But yeaahh, your art is amazing too, so I'll gladly trade with you when I have my to-do -list shortened and so.

Ohh, I know! The way they've solved some things with the Cars -franchise is very creative, logical and nice. I would love to see how they fix crashed cars, though, and I'd love to know if cars in the Cars -universe can die of crashing too bad. Also, what actually kills the cars would be interesting to know.
...but I do think I'm interested in a bit too morbid topic here... 8'D

Exactly, I mean.... if you feel like you'd rather not spend 2 weeks on an art piece someone might've created in an hour, maybe just do a simple piece - they'll really love it y'know?? I don't think it's really fair for anyone to sit there and say "Whelp your skills aren't 'as good as mine' so no." liek you said, I understand why as well, but there's other ways around it instead of saying something like that, Idk, it bugs me sometimes, or rather - I just go: Ugh
Oh boy you'd really like to do an AT with me - you like my art?? That means a lot to me!! ^^

Rofl well you ask the right questions, though!! I was also curious, and how the reproduce?? I'd like to see more of their lives!! D

Ha, I'm flattered to hear that! 8'D It's a good movie, yet of course if you try to think it too realistically, it won't work; living cars in universe where there are only machines doesn't make much sense anyway, but I think thinking realistically is sometimes way too overrated.

Thanksies lotsies!

In that case, I do recommend you to watch that third one. The second movie wasn't too great - yet, in my case, mostly because I dislike action movies and I considered it to be one - but the third one was at least as good as the first in my opinion, if not actually better. It had that melancholic vibe I like, you see. (And it made me like Lightning. I've never hated him or anything, he's just been very indifferent to me before.)

I agree about the 2nd one, it didn't really follow on nicely from the 1st movie in my opinion
I've found you appreciate movies aimed at a younger audience in a different way when you're older,
so I'll have to watch the 1st again before I go see the 3rd
*writes it in my to do list* cx
