I am really happy of how these turned out, really happy. Pooh shoes for myself, based on Ernest H. Shepard's beautiful illustrations. Done with acrylic paint and Sharpie marker.EDIT: Okay, I am having difficulties currently. I guess that you have to download to view the shoes actually. I'd really appreciate if you did, I spent much time on the sides and backs, you won't regret taking a look.

Umm, I think a lot of it is treatment. They last a very long time if you treat them properly (like I don't rest the sides on the ground or try not to walk in dirt too often) and also spraying them with matte finish or clear spray paint helps a lot.
