Personality: Qakin is an oddball when comparing him to other dark elves, as he doesn't look down upon other races, but enjoys being in their presence. Typical of a thief, he is quite sly, but has a softer side to him than most and doesn't approve of killing unless it is extremely necessary.

Qakin is a dark elf who hails from a dark elf city called Laehil. What he had done there prior to arriving at Aretect is not known, although he had dropped hints that he used to work as a merchant there before becoming a thief.

At some point in time in the past, he along with a succubus named Orchid rescued a wolf hybrid named Blake from a fire-engulfed building before it would have collapsed on him. In their debt, the three would become friends. While Orchid and Blake stoke closer together in the line of their thievery, Qakin rarely joined them, as he didn't agree with how they handled their ways of thievery, but he occasionally drops on by to catch up with them.

In recent times, he purchased a building in the desert town of Aretect and made it his little base of operations. While in Aretect, he encountered a fox hybrid, Miyabi, and the two struck up a friendship. After learning she was a thief like him, he banded up with her to steal from the riches of the land and provide them to the poor... while saving a bit for themselves too. With their constant thievery bringing the two closer together, Qakin began to see Miyabi more than just a best friend....
