Verbosa is actually Versa.
I got the idea to do a warped version of her from Palkia. Since Palkia can warp and control space and matter, I thought to my self "what would Versa and Sudoku look like if Palkia used its powers to warp their bodies" and so I did just that. 
Verbosa comes from the German words "Verbogenen vershuch" which means 'Warped Experiment.'
I replaced her sky blue skin color with a light blue. It really looks better on her.

Type: Water/psycic
Height: 5' 8"
Weight: 172 lbs
Moves:
Safe guard, Rain dance, Psychic, Water gun, Posses, Imprison, Aurora beam, Water pulse, Hydro pump, Calm mind, Aqua tail, Psywave, Psybeam, Ice beam, Growl, Head butt, and Ice spear.
Verbosa isn't an evolution because Palkia used its powers over space to alter Versa's body. Her powers were unaffected during the transformation.

honestly I don't remember what inspired me to draw her like that. I think it was renamon, but I'm not sure.
