disabling comments since this deviation is quite old.Aww...look...I'm doing what everyone else is doing.
I'm so cool. (errrr.)Anyway. I couldn't help it. It relates to video games and I can't turn my back on those! I love them so.
the pixel-self looked way cooler before I shrunk everything down to the 441 x 657 size. Then I had to make it pixel-y again and it just...well that's what happens I guess.
There's actually a cool story behind the character and the game idea. I went a little nuts..
Song I listened to was "Still Alone" by Ayumi Hamasaki. ^^U It was on loop. Can you tell? ?

So what's the story behind her? Is that her name, cuz it's cool! Ephemeral?

Nah, I just really love the word Ephemeral.
So one day, she's practicing by herself and she hears some music in the distance. She feels drawn to it, so she follows it. But it starts raining, and it makes it hard for her to find the source of the beautiful music. The music fades, so she gives up and returns home. A few days later, the exact same thing happens. Finally, the next time she hears the music, she is determined to find who's making it. It starts raining again, but she continues searching. Finally she sees a silhouette of someone. She rushes towards it, and the person runs off when they see her. But she gets a good glimpse of them before they vanish. It was a man playing the flute. He was nothing like she'd ever seen. (how cliche'. XD)
Anyway, she becomes obsessed with finding him again. And so she sets off on a journey.
