The long hours she spent in front of her mirror, her pet pig Prunella sitting on her lap, while she ran a silver brush through her long auburn hair. As day passed into night she noticed the light change upon her face and realized that the soft glow could be repeated with just the right amount of bronze powder. This was when she discovered that make-up, the ability to show her skill on her face, could extend into other facets. Through lotions and creams anyone could become "perfect" and take full charge of their natural beauty.

Ophelia had access to the family garden and with that she was able to craft herbal bath soaps, scrubs, and so much more. The sweet scents of rosehips and juniper took her to a place she never imagined she could go. With cosmetics there was an outlet for Ophelia to be the curious girl she had always been inside. Of course she started out far from perfect, often spilling perfumes and bath salts all over the bathroom floor. Her closest friend Amy was the one person at her side, always supplying her with the ingredients she needed to craft powders and lotions. There was one other that supported her trials and that was Prunella. She was the one Ophelia tried all her products on, because of this she made sure all her cosmetics were 'pig and people' friendly, using only natural and organic ingredients.
Her fate continued to change as one day she was sent out to get the mail for her family. Nosy, she began to sift through it all but stopped as her eyes caught sight of a colorful flyer. Her fingers trailed over the drawn flowers and stars as she read the tempting offer from what appeared to be a real estate company. When she noticed the words home and free she couldn't withhold her excitement. This was it! This was her chance at a real job doing what she loved and this little town, far away from her estate would be just perfect to start over. With trembling hands she began to run inside. There was a train, it was calling her name and the rural location would be ideal for her just starting out in life. This was how she was going to make a name for herself. She packed her things and made the call while making sure to supply extra moisturizer since there was no telling what this journey would bring. With this she set out on her way to get on the Eclair Express that would take her to Toffee Town and her new future.

Becoming a Beautician:
Ophelia had been in Toffee Town for several months, finally starting to make a small name for herself. Zayn helped her realize that family goes beyond blood ties. Ilinca pushed her to try new things, even though it was horrifying. Then there was Liam , who brought her back down to earth, showing her that there was a real world beyond her ivory walls. What would she have done without all these people? It was through their guidance that she got up the courage to seek out working in the new salon. Perhaps working with more people will help her trust more without judgement or doubt. Surely she would find a home here with her nail polish and hair tonics.

Ophelia submitted a Job Change Application in hopes of growing in her career. Upon its acceptance, she moved all of her cosmetics and her cart to Soda Salon. She could not have asked for a greater opportunity. Not only was she still able to work in make-up, but now she was free to cut and dye hair as well. The new year was starting out perfectly!
