That is really quite cool! I love the two shades of brown used for shadowing.
So, question, here, are the feet actual wrapped around your fingers or does it just look that way?

They just look that way. The whole point of paper children is to look like they're actually there, interacting. This one is my first one to have two pieces, though. The little claw on the tip of my finger is one piece and the rest of the sloth is another piece.
