"C'était bien" or "c'était génial" sounds better, but you wouldn't actually say it. Because "c'" replace "it" and a pic is not a "it" in French
I'd say something like "Joli" (= beautiful) or "Très réussi" (= nice work) or "Il est vraiment beau" ("beau" alone is strange too

If you have any problem in French, just ask ^o^
Most people in French will say "ton dessin est ..." even if "il est ..." is totally correct too.
You can say "c'est difficile" for French, because you mean the action of learning French ^-^ So it sounds totally natural ! (Even more natural than "le français est difficile" ^-^)
You would use past tense only for something that is finished, so... I guess when you come back from theater you can say "c'était bien" but about learning French, it's definitely "c'est difficile", as you will have another lesson. For a pic, present is better, as it's no action and the pic won't change. Except if you're speaking of a drawing you saw years ago, maybe...
"Bon travail" is OK, but "joli travail" sounds better. "Bon travail" seems you're talking about a job more than a leisure.

(and the second one "tu manges" gets an "s" to "mange" even if you don't pronounce it ^-^)

When you're speaking with friends, you normally rarely use "nous" but replace it by "on" ^-^ It is more natural, but you shouldn't write it except for friends/family.
So the best version would be : "Hier je n'ai pas fait mes devoirs, parce que je suis allée chez Becky avec Molly et Nadia. On a regardé Charmed!! On a aussi bu du coca light et on a mangé."
Looking at it, "manger" is better with an object after... like "on a mangé une pizza". French like to say hat they eat oO;
