This drawing is quite nice and the colors are pleasing. My critique will be focused on little tweeks that I think would add more flow to the body.
So the pose is sort of odd because of the rotations you've put on different sections of the body. The head sits at something of a 3/4 view and then the torso and arms are more head on, and then the legs turn to a 3/4 again which disrupts the S-curve that we're sort of used to seeing in people. In my draw-over, I tried to maintain the exaggerated proportions of the character and pushed the gesture a bit by angling the face further and then rotating the legs to fit better with the torso.
To add more flow, it helps to think about straights v. curves. These rhythms exist in the body naturally, and it is appealing to push them even further. In my draw-over I made notes of these in the arms and torso especially.
More minute details you may consider are making sure you add in a hairline under the bangs and making the hand a bit larger. Hands tend to be close to the size of the face---one can make them slightly bigger or slightly smaller for different cartoony effects, but it is still something to keep in mind.
You've already got a pleasing set of proportions going so you can start to think more about underlying structure to improve your art and add even more appeal. Keep in mind that this critique is subjective and you can take or ignore any of my suggestions. Just keep moving forward.

Hello. I know that I am probably not worthy of critique your art, but I just wanted to. Keep in mind I don't watch "RWBY." First matter, the hand. It looks too small for her body, and the pinky is at a strange angle. The shading is very nice, and the lineart is excellent. The pupil of her right eye looks like it's going farther than it should be going, and they seem to be looking in somewhat different directions. The hair is very nicely executed, and is very fluffy and cute looking. Thank you for reading this! Great work!
