Very good Qt5 like theme and performance (no scroll lag).
A question about the background colour of tabs (in browsers, file managers, etc.).
Colour of non active/selected tabs is white (as is the colour of the active/selected tab). In your Orion (gtk2) theme the background colour of non active/selected tabs is grey. I looked into the themerc but could not find how to separate the colour of non active/selected tabs from the active/selected tab for Evolve.

It's the best GTK 3.10 theme out there, thank you for it!
I found a small bug: in Gnome Clocks timer and stopwatch progress bars are invisible, except for seconds mark.
Gnome 3.10, Ubuntu 14.04 x64
EDIT: Oh, now I see that I should report it on Github...

Hi Satya. Evolve doesn't seem to work properly for me in gnome 3.4 on Debian 7, even though i have unico, murrine and pixbuf installed. When i switch the window borders, it works normally, but then when i switch theΒ gtk theme it all turns completely black. Any known issue?

You need to install the GTK3.4 version. Though it'll look different from the latest one.

I did install the gtk3.4 version.
Just wait, in case i didn't mess up anything, this one has the minimize and close buttons as little dots, and orion has the big reddish button with an x?
Anyways, in both cases, i installed the gtk3.4 version...

They are not dots, they are -, + and x
Probably you can give a screenshot?

Oh, yeah, you're right. I forgot.
Could you just check the downloads you made available for 3.4, if they're really 3.4?
Not home so i can't check it for the next couple of hours. Would be grateful.
Thanks again, you're very helpful!

Here's the screenshot. The theme that doesn't seem to work is Evolve, downloaded from the 3.4 link provided.

Hi Satya. As Alcasas commented some time ago, the background of the message window in Evolution, on Gnome 3.10, is solid black. I could post a screenshot, but it looks exactly like the one posted by Alcasas, img850.imageshack.us/img850/24β¦ . I couldn't figure out how to fix it...

Well, I've not got time to look at the issue yet. But if you wanna try, you can use GtkParasite to inspect the issue.

Hello Satya, I love your themes, the only thing I'm trying to modify are the borders... I want for example evolve theme to be borderless, and I modify:
all it's values to 0 in metacity, and it works, but titlebar remains with borders, which is really ugly, and I cannot manage to get rid of titlebar borders, can you give me a hand?

Check the part with rounded-border in the xml file.

rcastill In reply to satya164 [2014-01-09 01:42:45 +0000 UTC]
Wow thanks! I didn't change anything in rounded_border, but I realize that part used "C_border_focused/unfocused" as color, then I saw the lines where those constants where defined and suposed those numbers after "[NORMAL]/" where something related to alpha values... set 'em to 1.0 and it worked! Now theme looks much better.
PD: You have talent

Great theme, thank you! I only have one minor glitch: in certain dialogs buttons are not rendered exactly right, there seems to be a border missing on the bottom, as in picpaste.com/872b094fcdbb929e0β¦

Awesome theme, but I got one issue with it. When I switch to "dark theme everywhere" in Gnome Tweak, it applies dark version of Evolve to GTK3, but GTK2 apps stay light, any fix?

Nope. GTK2 doesn't support dark theme.

Everything seems to be in order in that maner. Any other possible ideas? Is murrine and unico enough or i need anything else. I'll try downloading it again.

satya164 In reply to nlatin [2013-11-22 23:49:16 +0000 UTC]
Only murrine is enough (for the GTK2 theme). The GTK3 part doesn't require unico or any engine.
