I have never had a problem with NTL...
Becase I think that is cos they of forgotten about me.. I have not got a NTL email account or web space, I recived no update on this "everyone is getting upgrade to there speed"... I think they have forgotten about me

My speed was increased but it never goes usualy even the speed i'm paying for. >.< Never ever had E-mail because they never told me the password for it and they don't know the password... WTF?
