Description Oil piece with a lineart overlay. This is a paiting I've been promising to do for a friend of mine since may... oops. I did spend quite an amount of time on it though, and aside from one critique, I'm pretty pleased with it. Just finished it moments ago, let me know what you think if you're so inclined.

very nice shadows. well defined character. i can't help but feel i'm also getting a subtle suggestive theme there too. please explain.

Very cool....I won't get into semantics regarding the anatomy of a katana. Regardless, I love the style...and bonus points to you for using traditional medums. Nice work.

Awesome style and use of shading/highlights, though I think the right arm (my right) is a wee bit too short.
