Okay *ahem* I see that a lot of effort was put into this: the shading, lighting, eyes and expression is what I think I like best, but...time for the things I didn't like...
1.) The neck is a bit too long, but I everyone does that mistake...daily for me LOL
2.) I know Rei's a girl but...that seems like waaaay too much eye liner or w/e it is.
3.) The ear could've used a bit more attention too.
4.) Some outline seems rushed and even unfinished.
5.) The shading does look great, but when you look at her face and neck...it doesn't add up. Not to mention the spot where her hair has a shadow, it just seems...off, also those thin bits of hair that come outta her head are meant to be thin...now they look like huge long bits of plastic.
I'm sorry if it seems like I'm nitpicking, but it's just the way I see it and I'm sorry if my words hurt you in anyway...besides I bet if you critiqued mine like this it'd probably be the same reaction LOL

what i do...that doesn't mean you have to do it
when i draw the sketch i create a bunch of lines and it looks REALLY messy then i progressively erase the exess lines to prefection...well "prefection" XD
