My IRL friend had the itch to draw something, so I kicked my art block off its ass and we started doodling!
She had a design idea for this weird ass goblin dude!! Here he is. We think he's depressed or something.
I sketched it and she lined over it, but I kinda painted over all her lines anyway-
I'm the only one really familiar with using a mouse, so it kinda worked out
She also did a lil of the shading, like choosing how dark to make it, but I went over it a lot with the affects I added lol (this may be a theme!! she wanted to see my process for art anyway)
I've actually discovered through this experiment, I'm getting really comfortable more with paintovers than my usual lining style!
We were able to make this quicker than any of my art pieces usually take, which took a lot of stress off!
Because of that, this might be a glimpse of what my future artwork may look like. (Though it was more just for the fun of it, nothing too serious, as is to say I wasn't trying too hard FFF)
Also, thank her for the nose. He didn't originally have one. SJAKDHAK
In the near future, as finals finish, I may start doing some artworks in this style to test it out some more! See if I can refine it! Thanks for your patience with me guys, I know I don't post much anymore.
