This is a quick strip to get viewers in touch with what has already happened in the old strips--luckily, there's not much to catch up on. Basically, Lowell is a new student at the school--the premise? Basically, the school is insane, and he's the only sane one left (for now...)--the teachers are all working on evil "nuclear" attempts to take over the world and make the students miserable (which has always been suspected by students...), while a slew of other random figures every school wish they had in reality--ex: the Homework Assassin--there to make your life easier by destroying your homework. his arch nemesis? The Homework Nazi, naturally.--and many more, yet to come. Lowell's two friends, the Holt Twins, are named Mika and Jack. There's not much that needs to be said about the pair of them... they're just as crazy as the rest of the school, but they're much more fun ^_-
