Description
The Alenia C-27J platform entered service with the Deviant Republic Armed Forces starting in 1999.The C-27Js entered service as the secondary cargo transport aircraft for the Air Force and primary cargo transport Air National Guard in 1999, replacing older C-130Hs. There a total of 22 currently in service with the Air Force, and an additional 8 in service with the Air National Guard.
The EC-27Js entered service as the primary electronic warfare platform for the Air Force in 2015, replacing older EC-130Hs. There are a total of 6 in service currently.
The MC-27Js entered service as the primary special operations multimission platform for the Air Force in 2014, replacing older AC-130Hs. There are a total of 4 in service currently.
The HC-27J entered service as the primary fixed wing long range search and rescue platform for the Navy in 2007, replacing older HC-130Hs. There are a total of 8 in service currently.
