I like the basic shaping of the piece, you know where to put things and where not to put them in terms of physiology~ Though I wish there was a bit more detail on the shirt or pants that you have on the face and hair. Though that will come with time and maybe some tasty snacks~
veggie chips usually get me going onto details, especially if you dip them deliciousness into radish-and-sour cream-dip~

I'm more than happy to help out a fellow artist~ I know how hard it is to get better without constructive feedback. Praise is nice and all, but it never really gets my furnace glowing like a good critique does.
