I've spent almost 12 hours on this entire piece. I am very proud of the Luigi in this piece.

I was feeling super pumped while I was working on the Luigi part and then I got to the ghosts and I just sat there. Dumbfounded. Then I trudged through it. XD I don't like working with dark scenes.. this one was fun to do though!
I was able to use techniques I had day dreamed about in the past. XDanyways, I hope you all like this picture.
Luigi's Mansion is one of my all time favorite games (Up there with Donkey Kong Country 2 and Majora's Mask)

My dad bought the first one and a long chain of events got us the second one. XD
and I use to, before I moved. :,( I have Donkey Kong Country Returns. If one of my Wiis was actually plugged in I would have probably beat it by now.. XD

Ah. Although I don't know about getting DKC Returns. I tried it in GameStop. Didn't feel quite like the same old school feel as the original DKC. DKC2 is by far the best and my favorite Donkey Kong game period.

Even though I didn't get to see ALL of the making of this, I'm super glad I at least got to see little bits and pieces.
And the final product is just AMAZING.
I downloaded to see the full size and looked around, and I flipped when I noticed those light little scratch marks on Luigi's boots. I mean, it's a small detail, but it's just so amazing! I am forever in love with your art works hon, you just keep on improving with every piece. This is fucking front-page material I hope you know!
And I love that you went for a dark setting -- those are incredibly difficult to colour properly, and look at you -- you did it! Is it weird to say I'm proud of you? Cos I am regardless! You've improved SUCH a long way since I first started watching you.

Shading looks great as always, and the reflections in the metal are awesome.
Even though you said it was uncomfortable drawing dark scenes, you definitely pulled it off as though it was nothing.
