Description Cop-out on the background. but originally it was just supposed to be on a standard wrestling mat so... not really much that can be done with that.

Anyway I figued since Pignite dresses like a wrestler he should fight like one to, those damn water types are still vaunerable to a good-ol submission hold!

This is just a standard Armbar, aka cross-arm breaker.. probably some other names for it too.
