This is a fantastic picture of a great character - it's a real shame Lee couldn't take his place in the semi-finals of the AFL tournament with him.

I'm ashamed to ask, as I'm probably the only one on dA who doesn't know, but what is the AFL tournament? I see a lot of work relating to it.

It does seem that way doesn't it - AFL is everywhere!
AFL is the brainchild of and it stands for the 'Angelcrusher Fighting Tournament'. Basically people enter their own original characters, Leigh (Angelcrusher) matches up two different contestants and both people draw their characters fighting. Leigh and his team of anonymous judges then decide which one wins, and the people with the most points at the end of the month go through to the finals. Lee got to the semis but sadly the pesky real world is preventing him drawing any more fights!
