I think it's just Future!Valerie, from the Ultimate Enemy episode, and "Dark Gray" is a shipping/pairing name for "Dark Danny x Future Valerie Gray".
But yeah, TheUltimateEnemy drew her really buff. It kind'a gives me the feeling they're in a weight-lifting contest or something. With those two being so competitive, and those expressions, it kind'a makes sense. Like they're both saying, "Oh yeah? Well look at my muscles."
